Kleehof In Der Gaertnerstadt in Bamberg

We were guests at a family celebration in the Kleehof and were thrilled: the food, the ambience and especially the great and very individual service. Thank you! Short update: Yesterday we celebrated our son's communion in the Kleehof - best decision ever! All, really all of our guests were full of praise for the great menu and the absolutely brilliant service. We had the honor to be personally advised and served by Signor Mula. He and the Kleehof team made this celebration an unforgettable experience. Molto gracie!

Located a little away from the old town and therefore only visited by very few tourists. The menu offers a modern interpretation of Franconian cuisine with really well trained staff. You really can't do anything wrong.

Here you can sit very quietly in the backyard and eat pretty well at relatively reasonable prices. The parsnip cream soup was maybe a little too spicy, but that's due to the pickled smoked deer. Pumpkin, gratinated goat cheese with spinach salad was extremely tasty, the veal cheeks extremely tender and well coordinated with the side dishes. Professional service and a decent espresso rounded off perfectly.

Very delicious food of excellent quality, which you can especially enjoy in the courtyard in a beautiful atmosphere. The service staff was attentive and pleasantly friendly.

Has only been there once so far. Food was very good - also for vegetarians. Wine - Scheurebe - was excellent. There is an indoor and outdoor area. Very well cared for everything.

Food was delicious. Waiter very nice. But when it's full, it can take a while :-). Had schnitzel and risotto.

An interesting menu (e.g. apricot cold bowl), very good food, friendly and brisk service. Nice and relaxed atmosphere outside in the back yard. Only when paying, we (two married couples) were not asked beforehand whether we wanted to pay together or separately. One invoice for everyone is common in Italy, but not necessarily in Germany.

Very good restaurant in the inner courtyard of the Hotel Europa. Great staff, great food, very dog-friendly. Always a pleasure.

My friends took me to the Kleehof and it couldn't have been nicer there. We sat outside and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food was exceptionally good and what I enjoyed most was the way we interacted with customers. The waiters were super friendly, made us laugh and we really remembered them. Thank you dear Kleehof staff, keep it up!

Attractive menu with interesting dishes, including sophisticated vegetarian options. The food is wonderfully arranged and tastes great, plus a regional approach to the ingredients. Service courteous and very friendly, the needs of allergy sufferers are taken into account. Nice courtyard invites you to linger, although we were a bit unlucky with the weather.

Very tasty restaurant in downtown Bamberg. The food is very well spiced and freshly prepared. The service staff is remarkably friendly and courteous and attentive. I also like the fact that they offer vegan dishes. Since it is very popular, I would recommend a reservation.

In my opinion there is a big gap for good restaurants in the area rated as part of a romantic restaurant, however my expectations have not been met. Good: service, friendly staff, clean, good atmosphere. Could be better: presentation of the food, food was so flavorful (fish had zero salt), equipment - feels like an old farm-could be modernized.

Excellent service, food, and wine. The sommelier (one of the co-owners?) did a beautiful job pairing wine with the food. A la carte or their recommended 3- or 4-course meal with wine pairings are both excellent.

Excellent service, food and wine. Very friendly atmosphere. I asked for wine recommendations and simply ordered what our waiter said - everything matched the food really well. If you value good food and are prepared to pay for it, this is the place for you.

Omg amazing Rauchbier with fish fillet of franconian char! And staffs are awesome! Def would visit again in the future.
